Hi, I’m Linzi Roberts - a specialist in recruitment to recruitment with 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
Over the years I have built a network of exceptional recruiters whilst working for Blue chip and SME recruitment firms.

There’s a lot of noise about AI replacing recruiters but it can’t replace the ability to accurately nail culture and personality fit from both sides, client and candidate.
That’s what I do whilst bringing a friendly and professional approach to each interaction.

When I’m not working I can usually be found in a pool somewhere, unfortunately usually asking the person in the next lane what they do for a job...
