What We Are
Feeling Ambitious is a specialist recruitment-to-recruitment consultancy. We work exclusively with recruitment firms and executive search businesses whose consultants work construction and manufacturing desks — placing the billing consultants, search professionals and leaders those businesses need to grow.
We are not a generalist agency with a recruitment-to-recruitment desk on the side. This is all we do. That focus is what allows us to go deeper, move faster, and deliver more consistently than firms treating recruitment-to-recruitment as an add-on.
Who We Work With
Our clients are founders, directors and investors running growth-focused recruitment businesses and executive search firms in the construction and manufacturing space. They range from start-ups making their first strategic hire to established multi-office firms navigating US expansion or leadership change.

We work across the UK and are actively building our US practice — placing recruitment professionals and search consultants into specialist firms operating in construction and manufacturing across the US. Both markets, same approach: focused, relationship-led, quality over volume.
