Why the US — and why now
The US construction and manufacturing recruitment market is significant, growing, and underserved by specialist recruitment-to-recruitment. Most UK recruitment-to-recruitment firms say they work the US. Few have the sector knowledge, the active network, or the genuine commitment to do it properly.
We do. We've spent 16 years inside construction and manufacturing recruitment — understanding how specialist firms are built, what great hiring looks like, and what founders and directors actually need from a recruitment-to-recruitment partner. That knowledge translates directly.
Why Texas
Texas is the entry point that makes commercial sense for us. The construction sector there is one of the largest and most active in the US — driven by population growth, infrastructure investment, and sustained commercial development across Houston, Dallas and Austin. Manufacturing is similarly strong, with significant industrial and energy-related activity across the state.
More importantly, the specialist recruitment firms operating in those sectors are at a stage of growth where the right hire makes a material difference. That's exactly where we do our best work.
Texas is where we're focusing first. It won't be where we stop.
